Straight answers to important questions.

What does the partnership provide?+

Subject to review and written approval, Soluster may provide operating float, cash support, or both to help an eligible agent serve customers without avoidable downtime.

How does the 20% commission share work?+

The proposed model gives Soluster 20% of commission earned from activity supported by the facility—not 20% of customer transaction value. The final agreement defines the calculation and settlement method.

Is every application approved?+

No. We assess the outlet, identity, records, requested amount, operating history, controls and programme capacity before making an offer.

How quickly can onboarding happen?+

Complete applications move faster, but timing depends on verification and the facility requested.

Is there an upfront application fee?+

Do not pay anyone merely to submit an application. Any legitimate obligation must appear in a written agreement from Soluster.
